The Sansd of Kahana Resort on Maui
The best places to stay in Hawaii are many, but for this trip we chose to stay on Maui.
If you haven’t been to Maui, it is a beautiful island to visit.
We stayed at the Sands of Kahana resort which is one of the resorts our company has contract rate access to so our clients can obtain a very nice discount!
It is actually one of many resorts we have contract rate access to in Hawaii on all the main 4 islands of Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and the big island of Hawaii.
So the sands of Kahana was beautiful.
And the condos were so spacious.
Each unit has a full kitchen which save you a lot of money instead of eating out every meal in a resort area.

The kitchens had granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances which was very nice.
In addition, there was a beautifully furnished full dining and living room also.
The view from the living room was nothing short of amazing!
It faced directly toward the beautiful beach and was absolutely spectacular!
The master bedroom was just off the living room separated by pocket doors.
The master bedroom was nicely island furnished (meaning it had pineapple lamps, bamboo, etc.)
But what I liked most other than our king-sized bed was the view from the bedroom.
Our bedroom also faced the ocean, and it was really nice waking up every morning and the first thing you saw was that beautiful ocean!
The bathroom that attached to the master bedroom also had a big roman soaking tub which I enjoyed on more than one occasion.
The second bedroom was also very nice.
It had two queen sized beds and two large closets.
But the view from the second bedroom was just as nice as the master!
As soon as you sat up in your bed, there was a beautiful ocean view right outside your window!
The living room also had a pull-out sleep sofa, so our unit could have easily accommodated 8 people.
The resort itself was also quite lovely.
There is a big pool bar with a swimming pool attached over-looking a beautiful emerald ocean.
During whale season you can also see the whales right from the resort which is quite exciting for anyone who hadn’t ever seen them.
The whales come from Alaska every year to spawn and then return to Alaska in the summer months.
Amazing how they know how to do that don’t you think?
They also had a very nice gym and a multitude of things to do around the resort.
On site there was snorkeling where you could snorkel right at the beach at the resort and see sea turtles!
So Maui was a wonderful vacation for our family, and it was even more wonderful saving over $3000 on the trip because of our discount access!
As I said before, everyone should visit Hawaii at least once in their lives.
We can help you save a ton of money on your vacation there if you’d like, but regardless make sure you visit Hawaii at some point in your future.
You’ll be glad you did!
