One of our clients asked me if it’s worth it to go see the Golden Bridge outside DaNang Vietnam?
To see the video version on YouTube go here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAmN9rDFcno
To that I said a resounding YES!
It is one of the most amazing pieces of architectue I’ve ever seen in all my travels.
It has two giant stone hands which hold a golden bridge that people walk on.
The Golden Bridge is about an hour outside DaNang Vietnam.
It is a bit of a trek to get there.
You take a taxi from DeNang and once you arrive it takes about 30 minutes to get to the cable car.
Then you take the cable car about 20 minutes up to the top of the mountain!

When I say the top of the mountain, the mountain is huge.
The day we were there the cable car went through the clouds on the way up.
Yes, it sits above the clouds!
The view from the top was pretty spectacular also!
The Golden Bridge is one of the most unique structures I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world.
The giant hands are literally built into the side of the mountain and hold the bridge which hangs out over the mountain.
It’s an amazing piece of architecture for sure.
So, if you visit Vietnam and happen to be near DaNang make sure to visit the Golden Bridge.
It’s very much worth the trip!
